As Naruto grew up, he did not have any parents to take care of him. The village provided Naruto with an apartment and food, but where are his parents? Did Naruto's parents die in the Kyuubi attack? Or is the Fourth Hokage his father? They share similar physical characteristics. The final speculation is whether Naruto himself is the Fourth Hokage that had changed himself physically by sealing the Kyuubi. Discuss this topic here.

the fourth could been his Dad but it can also be his brother n they both probably dirint grow up with parents n he was like taking care of him

I've heard that the fourth hokage could be Naruto's brother, dad, or it could be Naruto...
